I have a friend who is going through a mental health crisis right now. She is feeling an unbelievable amount of shame, and guilt for a mistake she has made, and although she has been forgiven, is struggling to come to terms with everything, and move past it. She has been to the hospital twice now in the last 30 hours due to suicidal behaviours, and I ask that we pray for her to have peace of mind, to learn to give herself grace, to choose to learn and grow from this rather than make a permanent decision, that she learn to forgive herself, and that she know how important she truly is to everyone and how much she is needed.
