Our Starting Path
Planted and Rooted.
PLANTED (One Week Investment)
To grow at Lifecentre, you must first be planted. Planted is an online course along with an inperson experience short-term investment designed to help you continue or begin to follow Jesus at Lifecentre. Specifically, it invites you to take three steps wherever you are: first, learn about Lifecentre. Second, discover your Spirit-empowered gift. Lastly, plant yourself with others committed to grow together with Jesus to make a difference in our city.Â
ROOTED (Eight Week Investment)
To continue growing, it’s time to put down roots. After planting, to continue growing together, you must root in Christ by belonging to a church community like Lifecentre. It’s this collective strength, this unity in our following Jesus, that will help us all flourish. Rooted is an eight-week investment. It will help you become more like Jesus by guiding you to follow Him on your own and of equal importance at Lifecentre alongside others.

Online Course
Planted is designed to help you connect and follow Jesus at Lifecentre.
In the next thirty or so minutes, our heart is for you to learn, discover, and prayerfully discern whether or not to plant yourself at Lifecentre.
Rooted
After planting, to continue growing at Lifecentre, you must root in Christ and the community.
Rooted is an eight-week investment. By design, it will help you start on the journey of becoming more like Jesus, help you become unstuck, or guide you into taking your next step in following Jesus at Lifecentre.

To that end, In Rooted we use Practicing the Way by John Mark Comer will help us learn how to be with Jesus, become like Him, and do as He did alongside others.
Completing Rooted makes you eligible to become a member at Lifecentre. However, anyone can take Rooted. When you are ready for membership, please fill out our application.
