” If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land.”  2 Chronicles 7:14
We believe in the power of prayer. This summer, as we celebrate 40 Years of God’s faithfulness at Lifecentre we want to invest 40,000 Km’s of prayer over our city. Prayer pushes back the darkness over our city and prayer humbles us as we seek the Lord.
We Need Your Help!
We need your help to accomplish this lofty goal as we pray for revival, salvation, healing, freedom and miracles over our neighbourhoods and cities. Would you commit to prayer walking your neighbourhood this summer?
Take a moment to let us know how many Km’s you can prayer walk this summer.  If you walked 5k per day, 5 days a week =  25km’s per week x 10 weeks = 250kms.  Can you walk 10 Km’s this summer? How about 100kms?  5km’s per week is 40km, maybe are willing to do 80kms? Every Km matters! Sign up today and let’s cover this city in prayer!

What is Prayer Walking?
We’re glad you asked! Prayer walking is simply going for a walk and praying in your mind over the people you see, the houses you walk by, the apartments, families, schools, parks and people driving in their cars. Pray for your family and yourself, pray for your workplace, government, churches and leaders. Pray for anything that comes to your mind. You can pray in your mind, or quietly under your breath. We don’t recommend praying loudly as you are walking down the street, this is a praying in secret kind of prayer. If you walk with someone, talk about the Lord, about what is on your heart and lift it up to God. May your conversation be a prayer to the Lord.
